Mezcal Manhattan

Elegant and deep, with a touch of smoke.

Manhattan de mezcal con Mezcal Canto de Lobo

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Canto de Lobo Mezcal
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 cherry to garnish

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with a cherry.
