Why import Canto de Lobo

A craft mezcal supplier
built for your accounts

  • Certified artisanal mezcal

Mezcal Artesanal certified under NOM-070 and protected by the Denomination of Origin Mezcal. 100% agave espadín, grown seven to ten years. Nothing added.

  • Priced to pour

A craft espadín your bar accounts can use in cocktails, not just keep on the back bar. FCA price list shared with qualified importers.

  • One partner per country

We work with one importer per market and protect that territory. Exclusivity is tied to an agreed first-year volume.

  • Straight from the producer

Five generations of the Martínez family make every batch by hand. We export ourselves, so you deal with the people who make the mezcal.

In which countries are you looking for mezcal importers?

Our first markets are the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia and Switzerland. Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand follow. If you import spirits into another country, we still want to hear from you.

What are your export terms?

We sell FCA Mexico, with Lobo Salvaje S.A. de C.V. as exporter of record. The minimum first order is one pallet. Payment terms are agreed with each partner.

Do you offer exclusive distribution?

Yes. We work with one importer per country. Exclusivity is tied to an agreed volume in the first year and set out in the distribution agreement.

Is Canto de Lobo certified mezcal?

Yes. Canto de Lobo is Mezcal Artesanal, certified under the Mexican standard NOM-070 and protected by the Denomination of Origin Mezcal. It is made from 100% agave espadín, with nothing added.

Can you adapt labels for my market?

Yes. We adapt labels to each market's rules, with your importer details, bilingual text for Canada and standard-drink labelling for Australia.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Licensed importers and distributors receive samples after a first call about their market and portfolio.

Why does Canto de Lobo work for cocktail bars?

It is a bright, citrusy espadín with a light touch of smoke. Easy to love neat, versatile in a Paloma or a Negroni, and priced so bartenders can mix with it. That keeps your accounts reordering.

Do you already sell in Europe?

Yes, through our partners there. Bars, shops and distributors in Europe can find everything on our mezcal distribution page for Europe. This page is for importers in other countries.
