Mezcal Negroni

Bitter, sweet and smoky in equal parts.

Negroni de mezcal con Mezcal Canto de Lobo

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Canto de Lobo Mezcal
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Campari
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sweet vermouth

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain over one large ice cube.
  4. Express an orange peel over the drink and use it as garnish.
