Mezcal Old Fashioned

A classic to enjoy slowly.

Old Fashioned de mezcal con Mezcal Canto de Lobo

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Canto de Lobo Mezcal
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain over one large ice cube.
  4. Express an orange peel over the top and use it as garnish.
